Thanks for shopping Spilo Toys! We do our best to make sure every transaction is fulfilled as ordered but please understand human mistakes can happen. Below you will find our Store and Return Policy.

Shipping

Free shipping on all domestic orders, international orders receive a 5% discount (automatically applied at checkout)

Store Exclusive's

We do our best to hunt products in their best condition; you may not receive a 100% mint condition product. There may be paint flaws, creases, and/or shelf-wear. We will not be able to exchange items due to slight box imperfections.

Non-Store Exclusive's / Regular Commons

We are a licensed Funko retailer and are able to Guarantee Mint Condition Boxes on all newly released items, but do warn there could be paint flaws that we do not cover. If damage does occur during shipping on these items please contact us. Guarantee has to be mentioned in the description.

Returns

You may return any items purchased from us within 30 Days of receiving it. Items returned for buyer's remorse are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All items listed on sale/clearance are final sale and are excluded from the return policy. 
Using a 3rd Party shipping/forwarding service will void all returns. We offer international shipping at checkout.

Chase Variants

All items with chase variants are shipped randomly. We sometimes sell individual chases only if we do not have any common versions. All items sold with chase possibilities are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Shipping

Our shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on weight in the package and shipping speed: standard shipping takes 2-7 days, Priority shipping is 1-4 days, International Priority takes 6-10 and First Class will receive an estimated delivery date after the label has been purchased. All priority and international  shipments will come insured for the full amount of the package. We ship worldwide. We ship orders same day if they are processed before 3PM EST Monday- Friday, 12PM EST Saturday.

Damaged Item During Shipping

All Items are packaged well to protect your order. In the case your item is shipped and is damaged due to the postal carrier, you may file a case with carrier if the package was shipped priority or international. All standard shipping methods are not eligible for a case.

Discounts

We offer a variety of discounts to help our customers save money, they found by using this link (https://spilotoys.com/pages/discounts) Discounts for new customers are one time use per household. If we find that you are manipulating our system to continually receive discounted items, orders can be cancelled at our discretion and customers can be blocked from shopping at our store. 

Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled free of charge before a mailing label is created and tracking has been provided. Once an order has been marked as shipped it cannot be cancelled. 

Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages

Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order.  Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 10% restock fee.  Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product is returned.
